Reimbursement Policy
Lodging reimbursement policy [May be updated!]
Thanks to our sponsors, we are able to provide this conference experience to you for no registration fee.
Lodging is included in this scholarship for those who are coming from outside of Washington Metro Region.
However, this funding will only apply to participants who are members of KSEA and are of "good standing."
- participants are responsible for finding their own lodging
- lodging with two participants will be reimbursed up to $80 per room for one night only
- lodging is only provided to those travel outside of Washington Metro area (e.g., Charlottesville or Blacksburg, VA)
